Bill was a worship leader and sang all his life before moving to Tomball. He has a large vocal range and his versatility as a singer allows him to jump between R&B, Rock, and a variety of other genres. His college degree is in music and he currently works in the aircraft industry during the day.

Joy is an accomplished vocalist and has performed for her church, as well as in many other venues, for most of her life. She served her country in the United States Navy and now works by day for a greeting card company.

Jennifer has over 20 years of performance experience as a singer and actress in a variety of bands and theatre productions. She is the Director of Elementary Science Education for a local school district and is currently serving as the President of ACE Theatre.

Ken Garrick is a trained classical pianist who is just at home playing the classics by Beethoven, Bach and Chopin as he is playing Chicago, Stevie Wonder, the Beatles and the Blue Brothers. He is, by today’s terms, a well-qualified computer geek who works in the computer industry.

Buddy Kryer - Guitar

Buddy has played music his entire life, except for the time he served his country in the U.S. Navy. He plays in his church's praise band on Sunday mornings Like the rest of the band, he goes to work on Monday mornings (as a business analyst) to make ends meet. Playing music is his first passion.

Tony left his job as a band director to pursue a career in firefighting and is now a Captain with the Houston Fire Department. His college degree is in music and his passion for the craft has never stopped. Tony directs and fine-tunes many of the Thunder's songs.

Gus plays trumpet and is a graduate of the University of Houston with a degree in music, where he now works and plays. He was born in Bolivia and is married with a new born baby girl.

Dwayne is a long time veteran of the Houston Police Department. He started out with a has a bachelors degree in music. He has worked for Sam Houston State University and also as an assistant principal trumpet. He has played with Buddy Brock's big band and even gigged with The Four Tops.

Keith got his training in music at the University of Houston and plays seven different instruments. He has worked as a music minister in Tomball and teaches all seven of those instruments privately. Keith also writes and arranges music.

Paul is an accomplished trombone player, plays guitar and sings back up vocals. He is the band’s musical historian. He can tell what band played what music and in what year. He is married and works as an accountant in the oil & gas business.

Denny is the heart and soul, as well as the principal organizer of Thunder. He has played and taught drums all his life, just recently retired with 31 years of service with the Houston Police Department. He is an endorsed artist for Ludwig drums and a master drum instructor for Firehouse music.
